One of the ways for us to be able to avoid hypertension is by changing our lifestyle. And it entails from us a lot of discipline plus the determination that we really are changing for the better. Though it is such a difficult task yet with our determination plus the support of our loved ones, this aim then will be materialised.

Yes, lifestyle and diet changes can improve BP control, like reducing salt intake, limit alcohol intake, regular physical activity like brisk walking at least 30 min. a day, maintain normal bodt weight

Goodbye na chicharon, nuts, meat, softdrinks, sweets, chocolates....i need to discipline myself as to what food do I really need to intake.

Changing lifestyle is such a very challenging thing. Lalo na sa akin na napakahilig ko sa matataba na pagkain. Mataas rin ang blood pressure ko kahit na nasa mid 30's pa lang ako. But because I love my life, alam ko rin na kailangan kong gawin ang advice ng aking doktor.

sa panahon natin ngayon marami na talaga ang mga instant na pagkain kaya dapat i encourage natin ang ating mga anak na iwasan kung makaya ang mga instant na pagkain dahil wala yan sila sustansya...

iwas hypertension mga kapatid at mag umpisa na tayo mag exercise para malayo sa mga karamdaman.
