Who among you here practice meditation? Actually if you want to have a restful night and a very soundly sleep, you need to practice the art of meditation. Basically it has been a part of the conditioning technique of the buddhist monks since they began their existence and they continue to move in the forefront of this movement. Somehow to be able to move in to the direction of this program, one needs to be in contact with his inner self. Then practice your mantra everyday. And allow everything to subside in moderation.
