THat's exactly the kind of exercise that me and my wife are having....push bike riding....this is a kind of exercise that requires you to be consistent. What makes it an advantage for us is that we live just adjacent to a big park so we have ample time and space to do biking.

Hello guys good monring po...sa akin ng exrcise ko ay running po...everyday takbo ako ng 2 kilomteres....para makalbas ang pawis....para magaling ang katawan

ang aking exercise naman na ginagawa once in every week ay paglalaro ng badminton kasama ng mga friends ko....

I love biking Millton2014. I really love the feeling when a drop of sweat falls from your face. I feel light and happy everytime I bike.
