dati naga bleed din gums ko mg toothbrush my doctor recommended to use phyodontyl toothpaste. after several months of using i jz notice dna pla dumudugo gums ko....

Nagtanong ako kasi ang isang gum ko rin dumudugo pag na brush ako. |

i mean phyodontyl toothpaste friend... sa mercurty drug ako dati bumibili...hindi nman masyadong mahal my maliit 100+ lang.. at tsaka change ur toothbrush yung hindi matigas yung brush nya dpat soft lang.

i mean phyodontyl toothpaste friend... sa mercurty drug ako dati bumibili...hindi nman masyadong mahal my maliit 100+ lang.. at tsaka change ur toothbrush yung hindi matigas yung brush nya dpat soft lang. hello sis, alam mo ganyan din ang medyo nakaka concern sa akin ngayon..ang aking gums na medyo may halo dugo siya pag nag toothbrush ako....kaya medyo careful ako tuwing nag brush ako with my teeth kasi takot ako bakam amaya dumami ang dugo takot pa naman ako sa dugo. ano kaya ang mabuting gawin tungkol dito? sana may makakatulong sa atin sa concern na ito. |

Hi guys,
sino kaya ang makakatulong sa atin sa kaso natin na bleeding gums kasi yan din ang experience ko sa gums ko....malaking problema taaga ito guys kasi ang nagdudugo ay ang aking gums talaga.....

guys do we have any alternative here so as to provide sufficient reply to our queries since our concerns are mostly similar that on maintaining our gums. Hope somebody can share and enlighten us all here.

i think one of the sources in doing so is by maintaining that cleanliness inside our mouth and our teeth and we need to be very careful with everything that we put inside our mouth. The craving to eat for more is at times very strong yet if we are determined to check our dental health then i think we need to think about how we take care of our health.

Urgent help is needed for my niece who is having a serious problem with her gums...at isipin nyo she is too young to suffer such as this...any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
