Just basing on my personal check up and laboratory exams, these are the factors which my doctor told me could possibly affect and trigger hypertension if they are not properly monitored. However as I tried to reflect on them, I realized that they all boiled down to one thing, and that is self- discipline. If we are not praticing such a healthy and positive lifestyle, maybe it is but time to make a paradigm shift in our lives if ever we still value it. Thus I am resolved to check on my food intake that they are healthy and not just like what I was consistently eating before like chicharon, fats, chocolates.
One of my siblings love to eat this chicharon and although he is still at a very young age but we always remind him to refrain from doing that one since that is not good for his health. Hope one day he can realise that such activity is not helpful to his health.
