Hi Milton,
As far as I could remember, the following are the needed requirements for applying a tourist visa in Japan:
- Application form
- 2x2 photo (white BG)
- Birth certificate and/or Marriage contract
- Itinerary/Schedule in japan
- Bank certificate
- ITR
- Certificate of employment (optional but recommended)
